Transfer Selections of Multicolumn Multiselect Listboxes to Cells

Hi,

I have 3 multiselect listbox that can transfer the selections to worksheet tab 'SCMLists' in column F.
Attached file can do this well.

Now, i want to change these multiselect listboxes to multicolumn+multiselect listboxes.
And i want to transfer the first column of multicolumn+multiselect listboxes which being selected to worksheet tab 'SCMLists' in column F.

My difficulties:
1. How to change the multiselect listboxes to multicolumn+multiselect listboxes?
2. How to transfer the first column of multicolumn+multiselect listboxes which being selected to worksheet tab 'SCMLists' in column F?
