Refreshing/Recalculating Sheets based on user input or switching between sheets

Hey all,

I would like a second worksheet refresh/calculate once a dropdown box or cell has been changed within the first worksheet. I thought that perhaps having the worksheet refresh/calculate once the tab for it is selected...? How would I go about doing this?
