Make a cell the first value <> null in other cell

Hi people, i need some help here...

I have a spreadsheet connected to a program and the Values of A1 Cell are always changing, sometimes null and other times numbers.
What I want to do is to have other cell(A2) to be the first value not null that A1 displays. Is that possible without macros? Can anyone tell me how can I do it? Even if it is only possible with macros..

hi, you sheet will not change any value in any other cell or any other sheet of this work book. only cell A1 will change, and A2 will keep the first non-NULL value?

Yes, thats what I want to do! Put A2 as the first non-NULL value in A1 (value keeps changing). Is it possible?

go to visual basic editor in your workbook and click on the sheet where you want to workout this, paste below code try it.
