Multiple Lines into One Line

Hi there.
I have been up all night working on an Excel spreadsheet that I need to have completed today for work. I am not even halfway through it. I am copying and pasting and it is very time consuming. I know there is an easier way but I am not exactly Excel literate to be honest. What I am trying to achieve is moving multiple lines into one line. For example I would like this
John Smith
Manhattan
NY
USA
Tel: 212 222 2222

to look like

John Smith, Manhattan, NY, USA, Tel: 212 222 2222

Any help seriously appreciated.

Thanks so much for the reply. I am seriously stressing out trying to get this done and copying and pasting is so time consuming and I am getting nowhere. Pardon my ignorance but how do I apply that code?

First thing first.

The data structure in this file makes it quite a project to code and in my opinion your better of doing it manually.
If you ever get more of these files, then make sure the data structure is more workable.

On another note, i really hope this is dummy data and not real persons, emails and addresses, if this is the case then write a moderator and ask if the file can be removed.

Highlight the data
Copy
select start cell for new location ( not within copied data)
paste special
click transpose box
enter
