I wish the font to change colour if the number goes into a negative.

can someone please tell me how to change the colour if the number goes into a negative.

I have many other problems with excel at the moment but tackling 1 at a time seems to be working.

Easies would be:
right click -> Format cells
Number
Choose red number with minus sign and choose how many decimapl places you want
