Trying to get single data return from a range based on 3 criteria

    Hi everyone,

I've been a bit of a stalker on this forum for a while and see the great learnings shared. I've just now I've gotten myself into a predicament where I'm pretty sure I need some help - thought I could solve with some advanced formulas, but I think I need something more complex.

I have a set of data that I would like to auto populate cells based on 3 sets of criteria (qty, weight & grade). A different value will be assigned to the cell based on how the data meets the criteria. I have a spreadsheet all set up to illustrate what I'm trying to accomplish, but I'm having issues with the uploader.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks
    alyson

Re: Over my head - macro? VBA?

As you are composing (or editing) a post, click on Go Advanced, then scroll down to Manage Attachments to attach your file, or just use the Paperclip icon. The FAQ gives more details if you need them.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
