    hello,
    thanks for your response,
    i need help for both 2 sheets,
    then the criteria of the conditional formatting is indicated in the remarks column.
    i didnt delete the hidden columns because its the format of the actual file that i need to fix.
    i have also indicated the current formula that i have on the upper part but some are not working. please help. thank you
