Copy rows from a column based on inputted search criteria to another worksheet

So I just spent the past couple hours finding dozens upon dozens of threads that outline a problem very, very similar to mine, but don't quite work. Before I get started explaining, heres a sample chunk of my data, the actual data has 90214 rows:

    Sample.xlsx

Ideally, what I would like to happen is to have a userform where someone can enter a number from Column E, such as 021-0371. Then I would like the macro to generate a new worksheet with the same title as the searched term, in this case 021-0371, and copy and paste all rows containing that value.

I hope this makes sense, if not I will attempt to explain better.

    Thank you so much!

Just to clarify, when I said I wanted to copy the row, I would like to copy the whole row to the new worksheet.

    Thanks!
