List box and combo box

Hi Friends

i want to know which one is the best one list box ? or combo box ?
I am currently writing a code on vb for a excel sheet.
This list box has some 100 values from which the user can select
how to write the code to insert this 100 values for a list / combo box

IF i have this listbox or combo box on a excel sheet and values are added into it through the vba code.

How can i stop the user from moving or dragging the listbox to where he /she wants. i dont want the user
to have accesss to its properties or right click in the design mode more importantly he should not change the place
of the either of these list box /combo box. What code should we use
