A macro to validate a text entry or a specific number of digits in a cell

Hello

I am working on writing a macro that will validate that a cell contains text (any text is acceptable) or 5 digit numeric entry, leading 0's are acceptable.

I can get the text validation to work easy enough but I am having a lot of trouble getting the 5 digit validation to work.

Any help is appreciated.
