    How to stop calculating while running Sub

    I have Sub that does for cyclles and ihtn it will renew a data in the one of the sheet. i have many data sheets that drags info from SQL server while refreshing then i have many VLOOKUP formulars because MACH dont give result that i want. while Sub is running in the For cycle then it will calculate slowly 10% to 100% and repeats it when it reaches 100%
    I have 2 levels of for and in last lewel he brake when data is finded and stored in the wanted cells. I feel that every time when new cycle is starting he does new calculation!
    The file is to big to place here some 53 Mb.
    If somone can help me then ill be wery thankfull!

    Have you tried putting the workbook into Manual calculation mode with

    Application.Calculation=xlCalculationManual

    as the first line of the sub and then back to automatic at the end with

    Application.Calculation=xlCalculationAutomatic
