So I have browsed this forum a lot while learning to program within Excel (thank you!) and have finally found something that I can not come up with the answer myself so thought I would post looking for some help!

What I am looking to do:
I work on the Board of Directors for my kids school (volunteer position). We are trying to create an approval flow for the teachers when it comes to funding within Excel.

What I would like to do is this:
We are asking them a set of questions for projects
Each question drives down a little more in depth based on the questions asked previously
We want all questions to appear on the same workbook
We want to be able to print the report of the workbook (this can be output to a new book if neccessary)
A logical example would be as follows:
1: Is this project within the defined curriculum? Yes/No
1a: If Yes: Is additional funding required? Yes/No (if no then complete)
1b: If Yes: Has the Executive Director approved the Project? Yes/No (If no a popup stating to continue obtain ED approval)
1c: If Yes: 1cHas SIG (School Improvement Group) raised any money for the project?
1c:Have you obtained any donations from the classroom parents? Yes/No
1c:When will you be delivering the project? 1st Quarter / 2nd Quarter / 3rd Quarter / 4th Quarter
1a If No: Justification for going outside defined curriculum
The final set of questions will not spawn another set. If there is a "No" then I am not looking to drive further except for question 1 where there is an answer required for not being within the curriculum.
