Button to list acceptable naming convention when saving a file

Hi,

I have multiple files that are saved with similar but different naming conventions by multiple users. I would like to create a macro which lists a predetermined set of options which the file can be saved as and the user must select one of these names. Once the user has selected one of these names I would like to append the current month to the name.
