    macro that creates new sheets for changes in value

    First post, so please have mercy. I want to create a macro that creates a new sheet each time the value changes in a range. The value that it should key off of is Column G (see attached). I need the new sheets to have all columns (A-R) and headers. It would be great if the sheets would be named for the value in column G but not a necessity. I've tried a number of macros from other posts but trying to tweak them to work for me just hasn't worked with my limited programming skills. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
