Remove Duplicate Information After Comparing 2 Worksheets

I have 2 lists that I need to compare. They are in the same file, on 2 separate worksheets

The first list is of "All" students.
The second list is those students who live "On" campus.

Ultimately, I need a list of those students who live OFF campus (which would obviously be taking all the On campus and removing them from the All list).

The common denominator headers in both lists is: A1 Last Name A2 First Name
I would like to keep the "All" Students list as my master and I need to KEEP all the rest of the data (addresses).

Ideally, I would like to create a macro or lookup or whatever that will take everyone from the "On" list and remove them from the "All" list, leaving me with only the data I need.

I am new to the macro, lookup, formula thing so please be specific as to how/where I am to enter them.

I have attached a small section of the file and removed all personal info.

Thank you so much. This did work; however, I was given the wrong information about the data and was not comparing it properly.

I have attached a new test doc.

The "On" worksheet represents ALL of the students that LIVE on campus (freshman, sophomore, juniors, seniors)

The "JS" worksheet represents all the juniors and seniors going to school here

I need to know which of the JS live OFF campus.

So.....I need to compare the JS worksheet to the On worksheet. Remove the JS that are in the On worksheet. That should leave only those who live Off Campus.

I'm sorry for not reviewing the data prior to my first post. Do I need to prepare a new post?Test Doc.xls

Make sure that you put this in a general module, not a sheet module.
