VBA to auto merge and middle align for particular row in dynamic range

Hi all,
I am able to create pivot table using VBA but facing issue with formating when data were in dynamic range
Data for "B8 to M8" columns are fluctuating according to data retrieved from database.That means for the header 'CT' and 'SR/LIT', maximum 4 subcolumns or less will be populated(i.e. NS-L, NS-UL, S-L, S-UL )

For CT or SR/LIT header, if the sub-columns populated are less than 4, how the macro will auto merge and keep the middle align. Similarly other header should be auto merge whatever the data might be(CT Total, SR/LIT Total, Grand Total).
