Loop through date data and return with days per each week of the data

I am creating a plan calendar which summarises all the days of the target period less the weekend and holidays. currently i have been able to do up to summarising per month. I have problems with summarising per week though the macro i have developed is able to show the summarised dates in a msgbox am unable to write these values in the appropriate cells. I have attached the excel sheet with the macro.

kvsrinivasamurthy, thanks for the formula. it works and i have been able to utilise it in a macro. also thanks for the idea of showing number of holidays in the month.
