Creating a new row beneath the relevant row with mirrored data except for last few..

Hello, I just recently started delving into creating macros due to necessity of the data that I am working on and I am hoping to receive some guidance on how to proceed.
Within the attached form what I am trying to do is if there is a record in columns AG through AK, to take that data and create a new row with everything the same as the row it was taken from, except replacing the data in columns W through AB with the data from AG through AK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
