    Lightbulb best practice question

If from a user form you have a number of text boxes that on cliking on a button I use within the worksheet.

The information in the text boxes is text and numbers.

Is it better to use an array dimmed as text and format it with *1 where needed or

Should I use sepetate variables dimmed according to the information it contains.

    Thanks

    Re: best practice question

    Hello evertjvr ,

If you dim the array as a Variant, you don't need to bother. The system will determine the type (number or text) when it copied into a worksheet.
    Sincerely,
