Need help for error checking scenarios

to everyone can you help me regarding this macro, the idea is that every month if the invoice will be paid an inputbox will prompt asking for the vehicle registration no. and the status of the payment. I already finish the macro but I used 3 inputboxes to check the month and ask for the status of the payment. now this macro is lacking of security, it doesnt check if the value that i record on the inputbox is correct, also for the month and for the status. can someone help me with this one if i got the new code i'll update this one to a userform so that I can just put the vehicle registration no, months and status to a list box. thank you. please include also the descriptions for each code because I am a newbie in programming and the vba is my first. thank you again.

sir regarding the code, that's that old macro that I deactivated the new code that needs to be change for error checking is the code quoted above. btw thank you for helping.
