    Need help locking 2 state toggle button

    I am converting an excel 2013 spreadsheet in to a form for use on a tablet. I would like to use a two-state toggle button and need it to stay put in a cell. Secondly, if that can be done can someone point me to some training on how to configure the toggle button in Visual Basic? These controls are new to me.
