    Unhappy Add Buttons

    I want to ask, if its possible to add a button into a excel spreadsheet such that when i click on it , it will reset selected fields to 0.

    This works:
    Add a command Button. Edit the coe as below:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    You can change the "A2:A6" to the range that you need. The "Range("A1").Select" line is just to keep the worksheet from highlighting the range all the time.

    Yup, i want both the quantity and the RSP to be zero when the button is pressed.

    Hi

    Off course it is possible to add the buttons in Excel using with Form Control and Active X Control

    for your 2nd thought you need to give some more details to us for reset the Number Range

    Neither of what you both has provided has worked. I want row B and E to be reset to zero.

    May I ask what worksheet do you need this macro because in the sample workbook that I gave you I put it in worksheets 2 put some values to it and then press reset you'll see if you need it to be in worksheets 1 please try this.
