    Re: Expired Documents

Should we look into column K to check if its expired or not? Do you mean if the date in column K is before today, then its expired and should be moved?

Should the "Expired" sheet be created by the macro in the same file? Which columns should be populated in the "Expired" sheet? All the columns from the Data sheet?

    Re: Expired Documents

Every column with "Expiration date" should be check currently im trying to do a multiple if but my problem is in some case not all documentary requirements is applicable to a person so that means it must check but ignore all blank expiration dates.

It could be a macro (but since i have no experience using it i am trying formulas) it will show on a separate sheet the rank - name atleast then if possible the expired documents but i think it would be impossible because the column name is the documents name so im trying to add 7 column namely - TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, PRC LICENSE NTC CERTIFICATES, TESDA COC, MTC/NAC CERTIFICATES, TRAINING CERTIFICATES, POEA CONTRACT, PEME (this is like the parent attribute) so it would show that one of the documents falling in the category is "Expiring" Thank you for who could provide any assistance
