    Custom Units

    Hi

This might sound daft but I want to know how to write my own units that are selectable when using an =function to run my own calculations

For example if I wanted to add a uk_l to the =CONVERT function as Excel defaults to the US and not UK litre measurements

I know how to create custom functions but I'd like to know how to make the units within the functions visible and useable for me and other users

    Thanks

    Dan

I am sure that you mean gallons not litres, and Convert has as UK pint as well as a US pint, so use that and multiply or divide by 8 as appropriate.
