Need to get data to transfer between sheets in specific cells based on date it is entered.

I have been having a difficult time getting the data to transfer between 17 sheets. I am trying to populate in the corresponding sheets when a certain case is picked up, ie: we might receive the inquiry in March but its not picked up until May and I want it to go from pending to picked up in the May worksheet but the data is entered on the march spreadsheet. I have attached a sample worksheet.
