Locking and unlocking of cells

Hi Frds,

I have a problem locking and unlocking if individual cells. I have an excel sheet (Sheet1) which is completely locked with password. In the sheet one i have a checkbox and 6 cells with data .. When the cleckbox value is true then first 3 of the cells to be unlocked and if the checkbox is false, the last 3 data cells to be unlocked for editing.

I could not able to write code .. please help me this the solution.

Hi Sri,

Please upload a sample workbook as you have most of the things.. checkboxex, 6 cells and data which will save time of others else they need to create
