HELP, I think I'm in over my head...

    Hello all,
I am new to using formulas and figured someone here could help me. I have created a table with basic math functions, it calculates weight loads for an exercise program. I would like to be able to break down into columns the number of weight plates in various increments are required to be added to the bar. The increments are as follows(in pounds): 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 (after subtracting 45 pounds for the bar).

My vision is that the user can enter the max weight they want to accomplish and each row calculates the desired weight, and how much to put on the bar. I have already completed the % calculations. If I am correct these would be IF,THEN statements I just can't figure out how to write them except that they will be rounded down to the nearest 5. Any help will be appreciated. BTW I have excel 2003. Thanks again, Cheers.

The Grid. A digital frontier. I tried to picture clusters of information as they moved through the computer. What did they look like? Ships? motorcycles? Were the circuits like freeways? I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then, one day...
