copy row from one worksheet to another based on background colour in row

    Hi all,

I don't know VBA, I usually copy and paste, so your help would be much appreciated!

I'm trying to find out how to copy an entire row from the attached project schedule to another worksheet depending on the background colour that occurs in that row

i.e. colors represent a person and on different worksheets I want to collate all projects belonging to that person - whats the easiest way to go about this?

An alternative and perhaps the better option would be to use a number of toggle buttons, linked to the person i.e. background colour, that shows or hides rows based on the background color in that row - how would I go about doing this?

    Thanks for your help

Your file has dates, alphabets for weeks and colors. You will need to fill in some more data and also explain to us what needs to go where.

I've updated the file so that column c is populated with some names.

What I would like is a number of toggle buttons:

e.g Toggle button for "name 1"
when pressed shows just the rows that have "name 1" in column c

    Toggle button for "name 2"
when pressed shows just the rows that have "name 2" in column c etc

would it also need a reset button or show all to view all the rows again regardless of what was populated in column c?
