A sample workbook would help people understand better and make it easier to help you.
What happens if you remove the arguments in question for the Replace line altogether?

Are you using different versions of Excel?

    Hi,

I can't post the workbook because of data protection issues and the actual size of the workbooks itself.

We are using the same version of Excel my colleague gets this message -

When it reaches the bit of macro highlighted in bold

    Compile error

    Named argument not found

That's not possible. If you had the same version you could not get that error on one machine and not the other.

I'll check with him later re his version. If he is using a different version is there a workaround for this part of code?

    Remove the last two parameters

If I remember correctly, they were introduced with Excel 2002.
