Macro that can pull values from one cell and post into another

Hi, new here so if this question has been answered before I apologize.

I have attached a draft scheduling document that i have been working on. I am looking for a Marco or way that i can copy all the values that are above 0 and less than 100% from row "J" and post those cells values in the row corresponding to the current days date. I could do it using if statements but i would like to try and keep the number of formulas to a minimum.

any help would be greatly appreciated
