    Maximize and Minimize the Userform

    Dear Friends,
    Basically I want to perform an operation of opening a workbook performing some operations on the workbook and then close, During this course of time i would like to minimize my userfrom.

    Note : 1. The workbook is opened with the help of command button in userform.
    2. I should be able to work on the workbook while userform reamins in the minimzed condition.

    You can always hide the userform instead of unloading it

    I love what Stephen does with his example... truly inspirational. Also Chip Pearson has a section on his website for working with Userforms and Windows API.
