File Open Dialog Box Help

I am trying to open a Word file from Excel using the Word File Open dialog box.
Using the code below I can create the Word Application object and open the
dialog box but when I click the "Open" button nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The FileDialog object returns information about the files selected but does not open them.
You need to then use the application to open the selected documents.
