Need a macro that compares 2 columns in 2 worksheets and can highlight any matches?

I am working with 2 sheets of data, and need to find any matches based on 2 criteria, mainly what's listed in the Ref1Column on sheet1(Column O) and the Amount Column (Column K) on sheet1 vs. the KEYC2 Column on Sheet2 (Column T) and the USDA Column (Column AA). The macro could run a compare check using the KEYC2 vs Ref1 column first, then highlight the corresponding matches. Next, with whatever remaining items, run a compare check using USDA vs Amount and highlight any matches. I attached a sample file with just the columns showing. Real file can go up to 60,000 lines. Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
