Limiting excel window size to match cell range?

    1. I have created a form on which the scroll bars, tabs, and ribbon is hidden. The form includes cell range A1 through B24. Is there a way to limit the excel window size to only include A1:B24. I think this would mean disabling "maximize" for the window as well?

    2. I also do not want any cells outside of A1:b24 to be "clickable".

    3. I also would like to disable the "zoom" function. This is done when one holds down the Control button and rolls up or down on the mouse roller.

Thanks in advance for any assistance with these issues!
