remove a row and place in sheet 2

I know i have seen it numerous times on here but i cant figure out how to change the data correctly, but anywho...I have a spreadsheet sheet 1(rebates) rows 1 and 2 are frozen, then 3-100 a-h are data. What I am trying to do is once cell h if no longer blank it moves the row to sheet 2 (paid). and I have no idea what i am doing. 8)

Where on sheet 2 do you want it to be pasted? And would it be possible for you to attach the workbook or a sample of it?
