Bulk mails using Macros

I want a code of Macro which sends only 100 mails at a time and sleeps for 5 mins and again pushes the next set of 100 mails.
It will be in a loop until the whole list gets completed

Please Help me.

No it is not a spam mail. The mail contains recruitment details for fresh graduates.

Dear Kyle,

I have large number of mail-ids, so we send mails to all people by using mail-merge concept.
But my mail supports to send 100 mails each iterative, that's why we are using this technique.

Please help me
