Generate Job Code and Some Date Issue

Hi Experts

Please help me on this

Attached WorkBook for your reference

1. On Submit - Generate Job Code on every record submission and Show in the Msg box. Job Code eg. (J123ClientShortName = J123L&T)

2. Having problem in Date calculating (05-Jul-2012 + 30 days = 04-Aug-2012 - Correct calculation)
But instead its (05-Jul-2012 + 30 days = 08-Apr-2012 - Wrong calculation) - month and date are replaced
