2 problems to solve - Automatically generated template

Hey Guys,

I have to specific questions, I hope that you could help me.

1. First Problem
I have a chart with different data. Let's says that in the file we have the data for various items (yellow, red, blue..)
I would like to ask you if there is a macro/tool to use in order to generate automatically a number of new files each presenting only certain information form the original files (e.g. the first will present only the yellow information, the second the red etc..)

2. Second problem
I have a file of three tabs.
I would like to create a fourth tab with a template on it (with buttons and cascade lists). A person could be able to select with this tab certain information extracted from the others three worksheets, generating a new file only with the information selected.

What do you think? to difficult????
