Assigning Names to Charts and Ojects for use in Macro

I'm working on a couple of Excel 2003 files/Macro's. One has a rectangle and the other file has a chart. I've been reading some posts on how to have a macro do something with the rectangle and chart, but both use the name of the object, such as "Chart 1", or "Rectangle 1".
How do I need to assign a name to either of these?
How do I find out what the name of the object is in order to use it in the Macro?

    Ok...Figured it out...
    Regards,
    Dan
