Macro to insert a value in a cell when the same cell in a different column=specific value

I need a macro to insert a value in a cell when the same cell in a different column equals a specific value.

When any cell in column "W" equals "101714", I need same cell in column F to equal "776/377".

I'm sure it's an easy solution but I am new at this and don't know the best way. I would like to add it to the existing Macro I created for this project.

    Thanks,
    sdtgilbert
