Problems with Autofill

I’m trying to auto fill to the bottom row of my spreadsheet with the code:

However it always fills a few hundred rows lower, but I can’t work out why!! Any ideas please?

Bottom row of your spreadsheet or last row with data?
If the latter is one column always the longest (if so which) or does it vary?

Thanks for replying. I've tried to attach an example (slightly different to my actual worksheet as its confidential info) but the priciple of the problem is the same for the included macroBook1.xlsm....

If doing it as a single liner I prefer to do it as per below (mainly because if I don't see the actual workbook I never trust that there aren't any blank cells).
I don't normally do a one-liner as I prefer to keep the last row for future use in the program (just my preference)
