I work at a Behavioral Psych. clinic and part of my job duties is validating parking for patients.

Up until now, the validations have always been recorded on paper, but in effort to make validation quicker, more accurate, and more eco-friendly (paperless), I've made a spreadsheet that I plan for employees to use as a replacement for the paper form.

It automatically calculates the cost of the parking based on the in-out time and other stuff, but thats besides the point.

BASICALLY, to preserve the simplicity of the paper form, I want the spreadsheet to be as simple and straightforward as possible.

One of the issues I envision hindering the use of this version over the paper form, is all of the extra buttons/things to click on within the excel program itself. Though its a no-brainer to just change the view options and resize the window, its just one more extra thing for people to do over the paper form.

Is there any way to make it so that when the blank form is opened, it opens in a specifically sized window, with the excel ribbon and formula bar both hidden?

I'm assuming I'd have to do some sort of visual basic editing or something, but I honestly don't know at all where to begin with this.

If anybody has any ideas on this, or whether its even possible or not, I'd love the help.

Thanks!
