Macro causing my window to minimize when clicked?

I recently made a macro that will copy information from a selected cell in one workbook and enter in the selected cell of another workbook. When I select the cells and click the button, the window in both workbooks gets smaller. Is there a reason for this? Can someone look at my code and possibly see whats going on or if I coded it wrong? I used the record macro function but tweaked the code after to copy and paste the selected cell instead of the same cell everytime, does this make sense? here is the code I am using.
