Student names in column save as text file to folder on c: Drive

This one is over my head, I would appreciate help

In column A I have a list of Student Names (500 students) which I would like saved as text files.
STUDENT 1
STUDENT 2
STUDENT 3

In folder named Student on C: drive

STUDENT 1.txt
STUDENT 2.txt
STUDENT 3.txt

I do know that Excel VBA is the only way this can be done

So you want to create a txt file with student names from column A. Are these going to be BLANK txt files?

Yes they they will be blank
and then I will run a RGM program and use txt files to run program to fill files with information on students

Ok one more question, what row does the student names start in and will there be blacks from the first row to the last row?
