Insert rows below based on contents on column

Hi,

What I'm trying to do is search only column D and if it has specific words like "old" or "new" then I would like it to make a copy of that row and insert it below. It doesn't have to be directly below.

If the column contains the word "renew" then insert the row 3 times.
