VBA Code to insert dynamic data from sperate workbook to chart

Hi Guys,

Can anyone provide me with a sample VBA module code to insert dynamic data that constantly updates row by row in a Excel Workbook into a line chart which is located in another excel workbook. This way, a dynamic chart can be shown.

Is it also possible to customise the chart through vba??
