VBA Halp! Sort Columns by date; Insert/add Data Underneath the Cell in Column B

Steps:
Sort both columns by date, oldest to new. Add/insert rows of data (command1, command2, command3, etc...) underneath cells in column B of text but not overwriting the existing data.
Please help, I've been working on this for a couple of days now and no luck. Just a lot of head banging and arms in the air!!! Please excuse how I represented my easy question for you guys.

Why don't you record the steps with the macro-recorder?
Notice my main language is not English.

The data will change over time, i.e. There will be more dates and texts... Could the macro-recorder still work for this?

I know how to record the macro and do the sorting but when it comes down to having more/different data, I think this becomes more difficult.
You can change the code after it is recorded.

Well... I couldn't get any where and my thoughts kept on getting jumbled up and it didn't make any sense using the macro-recorder... Here is another example for what I would like to accomplish, if this makes more sense. You have Names in Column A and Start/Finish times in Column B/C. Sort out names (oldest to newest) and start/finish in accordance with their associated times. Now, what I would like to do is put their associated tasks under each of their names in Column E but only according to their START times. Their names will obviously be repeated over time but the tasks stay the same and some names don't have a Finish time. Let me know if you all have any ideas please, it's been a rough week.
