Editing a Command Button - ActiveX?

I found a sample worksheet online and I've been playing around with it - trying to understand more about how it works etc.
Yet I've come up short as the command button that prompts the user form is unlike anything I've come across before. I have the inkling it is some activex code. I am unsure of how I can edit the text of the button.... Can anyone help please?

Are you refering to the button on the Sheet "Form", if so using the Developer Ribbon, click on the "Design Mode" icon in the controls section, onceyou havedone this right click on the button and select properties, a dialox box will appear, the seventh property down, "Caption" will provide you with the text that appears on the button face. Now you should be able to edit this and the text the appears on the button will change to.

    Kind Regards

    Thanks for the response.
Do you happen to know how I'd access the developer ribbon in Excel 2003?

Apologies, I was refering to the ribbon in 2007/2010, in 2003, right-click anywhere on the toolbar, and ensure that the visual basic toolbar is ticked, tick on the icon indicated in picture and and select properties, a dialox box will appear, the seventh property down, "Caption" will provide you with the text that appears on the button face

Indicates the icon that you need to click on to enable you to right-click on the button to access the properties
