Incorporate MATCH, & COPY/Paste Special, Values, into a macro referencing 2 diff sheets

Hello to All,

I would like a macro to do the following:

1) read a date value on the 1st page - ($o$3) "Daily Report (Form)"
2) search the 'B' column in 2nd page - B:B on "(Daily Report (datalog)" to locate the row that the matching date is located.
3) based on the search result, copy the entire row in the datalog, and paste the values in place, W/O moving the data.
