    Macros

Hi, I am new to using macros and was just checking if I am using the correclty, currently I simply click record macro, prepare the spreadhsheet how I want it and then click stop recording (this has been working great for me so far) but looking at the posts on here I see that most people seem to be typing their macros in but entering sub() etc etc? Is this a better way of using the macro function?
    Regards

    Re: Macros

Defenetly better to use typing unless you're recording a few simple steps, then recording si eough.
Even if you record you can later edit the code the recorder writes
